YOUR COACH WILL NOT DO THE WORK.
I cannot say this enough. No matter how much you pay for coaching, your coach is not responsible for the actions you must take to get your outcomes. Many people say ‘my coach is not helping me.’, ‘my coach just left me alone to do this’, ‘my coach this, my coach that’. Well, good or bad news: YOUR COACH HAS NO BUSINESS DOING YOUR TASKS FOR YOU.

Many people say ‘my coach is not helping me.’, ‘my coach just left me alone to do this’, ‘my coach this, my coach that’. Well, the good or bad news: YOUR COACH HAS NO BUSINESS DOING YOUR TASKS FOR YOU.
You see, how coaching works is this:
- You hire a coach.
- He / She ASKS questions.
- You answer.
- He / She administers TOOLS that help clarify your answers so that you are congruent (in alignment and agreement), and you’re motivated (you can see the possibilities).
- He / She gives you tasks to undertake so that you are NEARER to your goals/outcomes with each passing session.
Anything OUTSIDE these steps is NOT COACHING.
So if you are given tasks to undertake and you delay, avoid or wait on your coach to come do those tasks, YOU WILL HIRE MANY MORE COACHES IN THIS LIFETIME. Because, the goal will remain UNACCOMPLISHED.
Take your life more seriously please. If you really want to grow, get ready to work. Nothing more! Nothing less!
