Some time late 2020, Apple had entered a partnership with Kia/Hyundai that failed even before it took off. It was like premature ejaculation. The partnership laid to rest speculations that Tesla was going to have a fierce competition in the electric car market until Apple pulled a “Trojan horse” on us. APPLE CARS ARE DUE TO BE UNVEILED IN 2022. WoW!!!

I saw the video of the simulation today. And I was blown away. Let me tell you some things that put me in awe:
- The Car charging port is such that the car can be airlifted and charged on the wall like a contact point.
- There is an umbrella form of solar charger too that unravels when the car is parked.
- The car can drive front, back and side ways. In fact, you can tell SIRI (Apple’s voice ghost) to park the car and it will. You don’t have to be inside the car for this to happen.

My Lessons from Apple’s iCar:
- Work in silence: this is usually very hard for me because I am the kind who gives you snippets as I build. I love to give tasters and whet appetite but this Apple strategy is unprecedented. They killed a partnership and unleashed a beast within 9 months. That’s crazy Mehn!!!
- Go the whole 9 yards. Apple did not come to joke. At all. They have unleashed, arguably, the best technology for cars. I fear for Elon Musk, founder of Tesla. With Apple’s robust corporate governance, Tesla may as well be counting her days as her market share may get a massive hit. The iCar is poised to be cheaper than the Tesla. Hmmmmmmmn. Wahala be like bicycle (Trouble looks like an unending circle).
- Don’t let general opinions become your reality. We know apple as the king of mobile devices. They have told us ‘F**k Off’. Now, they are about to rule automobiles too. Maybe in future, they’d lead clone humans, etc. We are watching.
