SACK ALL YOUR CONSULTANTS AND COACHES, INCLUDING ME.

One of my dearest clients told me last week that she was hiring a coach to help her with a particular task. I asked her not to hire him for just one task. I advised her to hire him for a fuller project. “Why pay a huge amount for a single task when you can pay about the same amount for more with the same person?”, I asked her. She replied back with a question “are you sending me away?” 🤣😂😂🤣🤣

Ironically, this is how I think!!!

I am very uncomfortable seeing business owners hire 1, 2, 3 or more consultants for the same work (or a little difference in work). I see people hire a coach for literally everything happening in their lives. Gaddemn!!! That’s so costly.

See! There is a time to performance. Between when you hire a resource person through when they deliver why you hired them, there’s a lot that goes into it. So how about focusing on ONE RESOURCE PERSON PER TIME TO GAIN ONE RESULT PER TIME!!!

I am a veteran consultant. I have spent the last 11 years doing consultancy at a level that is not an underdog. I have been a Life Coach for 11 years too. I believe that I have seen the impact of RAT RACING with clients. When a client is constantly changing consultants or coaches like diapers, it is the following that loses:

1. Their business or vision: it stagnates.
2. Their funds: it depletes.
3. Their satisfaction: it wanes.

Do not be a person who wants to pay for every course, hire every coach, attend every programme, consult every consultant and is literally everywhere. STAY IN ONE PLACE UNTIL FRUITION.

If you really want to grow, stay in one place.
