There is no one who cannot establish a brand that can charge ‘armed robber fees’. No one. But there is a lofty price to pay to be able to do so.

Why do people not grow to become this level of brand?

1. Impostor Syndrome: this is when you ‘hear’ yourself say or ‘feel’ that YOU DON’T HAVE WHAT IT TAKES. The point here is that you probably have invested in trainings, courses, certifications, exposures, excursions, projects, etc. yet feel inadequate. You are not limited in competence and capacity. You are struggling from a psychological or mental limitation. Perhaps this is from your childhood exposures of ‘modesty’ and ‘piety’ and ‘humility’. Some of us are products of ‘humble beginnings’ and it became a vice. You need to sit with a therapy-biased coach. Someone like INNOCENT USAR or PRAISE FOWOWE or any other who harmonizes coaching with therapy. You can break free from impostor syndrome and become LARGER THAN YOU EVER IMAGINED.
2. Fear: this one is BIG. The fears can be so wide and even unknown. There’s the fear of ‘shame’, ‘guilt’ and ‘regret’. There’s the fear of succeeding. There’s the fear of ‘what will people say?’ There’s the fear of ‘won’t I embarrass myself?’ There’s the fear of ‘I don’t like begging for money to fund a dream.’ Etc. Again, seek help to REDEFINE THIS IN CONTEXT. Fear is a good leverage if adapted properly.
3. Complacency: some people just want to break away from HUNGER. That’s all. They are not aspiring for anything large or unprecedented. Provided they are making enough to eat, send kids to school and cater for immediate and extended families, they are fine. This mindset is SELF-SERVING and UNGODLY. By design, God sent all of us to earth to PRODUCE, MULTIPLY and DOMINATE and REPLENISH. Whatever you are making is a FRACTION of all you can make. Don’t get it twisted. You haven’t even started at all. As you abound, abound more. That’s the permanent motivation.
