SHE ABANDONED THE PROCESS AND NOW FEELS STUCK…

I was woken up this morning with request to join my course starting tonight. The client said something that stung me. He said “Coach, in 2017, you designed a strategy for me with full documentation of SOPs and Staff Handbooks. I dumped them after using them for a short period. The funny thing is that while I used them, things were working. A lot of people came around and were asking me ‘how are you doing this?’ And some of them copied my strategy and have made a lot of money in the past 3 years. But here I am, I stopped following the processes and I am not where I should be. What will it take to re-activate my strategy? I need your help.”

I feel both flattered and heartbroken.

You see, many times when I am helping a business, many focus on my fees instead of the rigours of the transformation I bring to the table. Many businesses also feel I drive them too hard. But the real truth is that I cannot demand from you what I have not demanded of myself. My output (in my own business) is proof that if you follow me, you won’t miss it.

Well, TONIGHT is the kick off of MEMBERSHIP SYSTEMS COURSE and I am deeply gratified. Another set of Business and Idea Owners will get TOOLS for solidifying their strategies.
