I facilitated a Zoom class some months ago where I broke down The Membership Economy this way: Individual Prospects => Main Community (Everyone inside 1 Pool; e.g Mailing List, Telegram Group, WhatsApp Group, etc.) => Tribes (each Unique subset from the community based on ‘needs’, ‘similarities’, ‘wants’, ‘services’ or ‘niches’) => Membership (subscription, payment options, premium paid services, reward system).
