His further frustration is that he has done business for many years but his personality always interferes with his capacity to negotiate fair and square.
Where will the money come from?
Ideas, platforms, services and products are being created day-in, day-out. And most people are afraid of launching them or even sharing them because they don’t know how they will be bankrolled or funded. So, if you ask this question, your mind will try to find the possible (at least 3) sources for funding your ideas
In 2015 a ‘big girl’ in a StanbicIBTC Bank Lagos wanted to hire me as her coach. She had made concerted efforts to get my attention but because I am based in Abuja, we really did not get a convenient arrangement. At some point, I visited Lagos. As at that time, I had not met Stella (our now COO) and Tunde (our last Director of Programmes).
He was a man I really admired. He was a good man. He wanted everyone around him to flourish and be fine. He looked out for people easily. Provided he knew your challenge, he would go all out to help. He made A LOT of money in his business.

More organizations will adopt technology in virtually every arm of their businesses. There are potentials that robots will serve customers, IVR will be enhanced (IVR: interactive voice response), social media engines will be enhanced, production chains will be further automated, equipment will be serviced via artificial intelligence systems (instead of maintenance engineers and facility managers), storage will be JIT (just-in-time), and logistics will be automated with artificial intelligence (Amazon is already 100% compliant with this). SO WITHIN TEN YEARS, MORE HUMAN INTERACTIONS WILL BE REDUCED.
