Africans, by nature, are communal. Community is our original DNA 🧬 … but we abandoned it for western culture of ISOLATED BRAND CORKINESS. We were told that every business must outpace each other and garner the BIG NUMBERS.

Business is a game of NUMBERS; that is true. But what is MORE TRUE is that THE NUMBERS WE GAIN IN OUR BUSINESS CAN BE THE NUMBERS WE SHARE WITHIN THE NUMBERS WE GAIN.

Did that line confuse you?

So, here’s the logic …

In community, EVERYBODY HAS A LEVEL PLAYING GROUND TO WIN.

If I have 10,000 people who belong to my community, the goal is to make 10,000 people EXERCISE ACCESS to the other 9,999 people so that even they can become better because 9,999 use their services. 10,000 people is NOT FOR ME ALONE… 

Other business models say: YOU ARE POWERFUL, YOU HAVE 10K BUYERS.

Community Business Model says: YOU ARE SELFLESS, YOU GAVE 10K BUYERS 9,999 OTHER BUYERS WHO CAN BUY FROM THEMSELVES.

That is why Community is Security.

Remember, IF YOU ARE NOT A SELFLESS GIVER, you will NOT LIKE Community as a Business Model. In fact, the rigour that goes into building, maintaining and growing a community will wear you out soon enough.
