So, as we are in the final stages of designing the mobile app that you will use to enjoy my 24 videos from Communities, Memberships & Subscriptions Portal (CMSP), Apple and Google App Stores have notified my team that they are taking 30% OFF every subscription payment you make. 😳😳😳😳😳😳

Normally, that means I could ask you that is YET TO SUBSCRIBE to pay an additional 30% on your subscription fee o.. which means, if you’re doing Half Year, you’d pay N9,100 instead of 7K and for Annual, you’d pay N13,000 instead of 10K.

Mba nu. I’m not going to do that to you. NEVER!!!

So, this is what I told my team:

1.⁠ ⁠I will bear the 30% revenue loss BECAUSE OF YOU. Yes!!! I love you like that. That means I’m getting N4,900 only, for every Half Year Subscription and N7,000 only, for every Annual Subscription. It is steep but it’s fine. Now, I have to double up my efforts to get MORE SUBSCRIBERS so that the cost of the platform is paid for.

2.⁠ ⁠I further told my team that EVERYONE WHO SUBSCRIBES IN MARCH AND APRIL 2025 will PERMANENTLY RENEW THEIR SUBSCRIPTION WITHOUT INCREMENT OF SUBSCRIPTION FEE. This means for the LIFETIME of CMSP, you will NEVER GET AN INCREMENT in your subscription fee UNTIL YOU STOP SUBSCRIBING BY YOURSELF. I am doing this because I am a man who loves to SHOW GRATITUDE. You see ehn; people who join a service IN ITS INFANCY are people who love you. Some people WAIT until “forever” to join the movement. It’s not that they don’t love you but it means they really have to ‘negotiate’ their support before they act on it. I DO NOT TAKE EARLY JOINERS FOR GRANTED AT ALL. So, all of you who have joined and will join BEFORE MAY 1st, you’re hereby paying TODAY’S RATE FOR LIFE.

3.⁠ ⁠Everyone who joins FROM MAY 1st (the launch date) will be subject to FEE INCREMENT of 30% FROM THEIR NEXT RENEWAL in 2026. That means the App Store fee will apply on your renewal from May 1st 2026 IF YOU CHOOSE TO WAIT TILL MAY 1st 2025 to join CMSP.

This principle I have shared in item 1 & 2 is called GRANDFATHERING in COMMUNITY BUSINESS MODEL. It means “rewarding existing community members for believing in your idea early enough and sticking with you).
