END OF YEAR RESIDENTIAL RETREAT

Cerca Africa has concluded logistics to host a 3-Day Residential Retreat for Organizations, Companies and Individuals holding 20-22 November in Abuja.

IT IS AN IN-PERSON EVENT (No Online Option).

Day 1: General Strategy and Operations Modeling for 2025 Financial Year

Day 2: Company specific execution planning and hand-holding (we will split the entire audience based on their organizations so that each organization drills down day 1 deliverables for their individual companies. We will attach a consultant to each group to guide them into execution plans. Self-sponsored Delegates will be assigned personal coaches for same purpose)

Day 3: Execution planning continues and concludes at lunch hour then all delegates convene back to General Assembly to cascade learnings and share ‘safe’ information

Day 3 (night): closing ceremony and night party
