FIVE (5) SIMPLE STEPS TO KEEP MONEY COMING TO YOU.

No matter the kind of business you operate and the level of your idea, you must embrace THE MEMBERSHIP SYSTEM of sustaining your brand. On a daily basis, I encounter people opening new businesses and as they share with me, all I see is MEMBERS. Irrespective of the kind of business you run, please always make members of your buyers, prospects and leads.

On a daily basis, I encounter people opening new businesses and as they share with me, all I see is MEMBERS.

Irrespective of the kind of business you run, please always make members of your buyers, prospects and leads.

These are 5 proven ways to achieve this.

  1. SPREAD THE NECTAR. “If you’re not seen and you’re not heard, you don’t exist.” – Congolese Proverb. What is the point investing in a brand and business if you’re not going to be sharing information about it? WASTEFUL!!! But again, you cannot afford to keep blasting marketing content only. You will lose the BEE. So here’s what you must do: CREATE SEVERAL CHANNELS TO INFORM, EMPOWER, TEACH, ENTERTAIN & ENLIGHTEN A MASSIVE AUDIENCE. I write on WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, IG, Telegram and Twitter EVERY DAY.
  2. ATTRACT THE BEE. As you spread the nectar, YOUR OWN BEES will start converging. Pay attention to the flow of people towards you. You will notice a pattern of specific people who like to read from you, listen to you (like podcasts), watch you (like IG live, YouTube videos, etc.), react to your messages and respond to you. There is a strong likelihood that this is your community. BUILD A HOME FOR THEM. This means you should create a place where they converge with you. E.g WhatsApp Group, Telegram Group, Facebook Group, Email Newsletter, SMS Group, etc.
  3. FEED THE BEE. When you have harvested these people into a community, CONVERT THEM INTO A TRIBE. To do this, pay attention to the pattern of engagements and how they engage you, privately or within the group. Listen to their energies. Listen to their interest. Follow them on their timelines to observe their interests and identify the meeting point between your plans and their interests. CREATE CONTENT TO FEED THIS MEETING POINT. In this community, tell them HOW WHAT YOU DO MAKES THEIR LIVES BETTER. Don’t market per se. HELP THEM USE WHAT YOU DO. They will become ADDICTED to you.
  4. EXTRACT THE HONEY. Explore some business models like FREEMIUM by giving freebies like courses, books, knowledge, referrals, etc. then UPSELL A PAID OPPORTUNITY like a class, a course, a book, a resource, a product, anything. By the LAW OF RECIPROCITY, a percentage in your TRIBE (COMMUNITY) will respond and BUY. Monitor the pattern of interest and REPEAT THE PROCESS. Keep the money coming constantly.
  5. WORSHIP THE QUEEN BEE. Each member of the tribe is a Bee but there are INFLUENCERS within the tribe. These are QUEEN BEES. These are members who believe in you greatly. You don’t need to do much selling. They will buy anyway. They are your advocates. They are your voice. They are your loyalists and praise singers. Guess what? HELP THEM MAKE MONEY TOO; within and outside the TRIBE. By doing this, you have attained a new status called ECOSYSTEMS. When your community transits into an ecosystem, you have become a FULL FLEDGE MONEY SPINNER. Keep looking for opportunities for these tribe members and let them glean and earn from the opportunities. Guess what will happen! These tribe members will become NATURAL PROMOTERS of your community. Your community will expand. And you’d simply REPEAT Steps 1 to 5 again.
