We have been raised feeling that our emotions are ‘exaggerated’ or ‘not good for us’. As children and teenagers, how we felt was not acknowledged. Parents felt our emotions were disrespectful. So we also grew up feeling ‘what have feelings got to do with the issue on ground?’

WE HAVE BEEN RAISED WRONGLY.

There is nothing you do that is not inspired by an emotion! Nothing!!!

In fact, the more you recognize and trace your emotions, the more stable your thoughts will be. Every sense of self confidence and personal progress in life is tied to MASTERING YOUR EMOTIONAL BUTTONS.

So many people, on the other hand, are so tied to their emotions, they ignore the IMPACT of it on their sense of judgment and physical health.

EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS TO YOU IN YOUR BODY HAS AT LEAST AN EMOTION FUELING IT. For every symptom and movement in your body, your emotion(s) is/are at work.

Please, as we graciously advance into the new year, LEARN ABOUT YOUR EMOTIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE IMPACT OF THE EMOTIONS ON YOUR MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING.
