THERE IS A MAJOR BREAKTHROUGH YOU HAVE BEEN MISSING…

(A little lengthy. Please read till the last word.)

I have a very outstanding relationship with my younger brothers. I call them my ‘engine room’. They are such brilliant minds and exceptional professionals. They are twins. Yes! I bet you didn’t know. 😜. Tim is a Fellow of ICAN. A thorough finance expert. Any matter concerning your accounting books, he is the go-to guy (0806 496 6277. Ralph is a DIGITAL EXPERT. Anything that pertains to your business being profitable online, don’t call anyone except him (0806 578 1962). We talk a lot. MY BROTHERS CALL ME OUT … and THEY ARE MY RIDE OR DIE TOO.

Last night was one of those BARE-IT-ALL moments. Ralph and I talked about, what Ralph calls, THE GOODWILL INDUSTRY.

In the outgoing week, my brothers paid me some handsome commissions from some referrals I sent their way. These payments came super handy and timely. This week alone, I earned around 5 figures in commissions from REFERRALS. Ralph and I spent time to extol the POWER OF GOODWILL.

In business, goodwill is EXTREMELY crucial to profit and growth. Goodwill can come in different formats, like:

1. ProBono Services: there are some clients who have been very consistent with you, or very gracious to you, or they may even be NEW. Reward such clients with a FREE SERVICE for which they will be thankful for a very long time. I referred Ralph to a client and Ralph declined getting paid. The client came back to me praising Ralph and acknowledging that Ralph did not only ‘over perform’. He also didn’t take payment. Guess what she will do with Ralph for many years to come!!! Your guess is as good as mine.
2. Commissions: if you have EVER brought me a deal, it is AUTOMATIC that you will get paid by me. It is LAW. And so I have paid people even as much as $2,000 in unprovoked commissions. ‘Unprovoked’ means they did not even know they deserved it. I paid them without them asking for it. IT ALWAYS RAISES THE GOODWILL METER.
3. Invest in People: intentionally build an army of believers. Intentionally sow your ideology into people’s minds and get them hooked to your mind. Intentionally spend for people, spend in them, build them, teach them, show them the way, help them succeed, MAKE PEOPLE BECOME SUPERSTARS THROUGH YOU. And ASK FOR NOTHING IN RETURN. See ehn! The magic cannot be explained. There are some people … no matter how evil tries to bring them down, their goodwill will save them. Be that person.

Ralph and I retired to bed 🛌 at 3am this morning. The conversation was a revival 🔥 for both of us and he particularly suggested I should write about it to my army of believers, one of which could be you.
