1.⁠ ⁠CEOs are frustrated about STAFF PERFORMANCE. Many CEOs have decided their staff should stop coming to work and start working from home. Some have even told their staff to ‘just go’. It is coming from the frustration that the CEOs literally have to look for business, look for money, and still almost do the work. Many Staff are NOT CREATIVE about their work. They believe it’s not their role to create the money they’d be paid.

2.⁠ ⁠THEFT: at least 3 of my CEOs Coachees have suffered a cumulative 500M Naira in value of what was stolen. One of them alone lost 280M in value stolen. Another one lost over 70M. The shocking part is that THEY DID NOT EVEN KNOW. What made them find out was when I asked them to go do ‘MIDDLE MANAGEMENT SUPERVISION’. I told them that NO CEO IGNORES THE CORE OF THE BUSINESS; that main thing that brings in the major revenue. It was when they started supervising and measuring the core function that they ‘stumbled’ on these huge losses. One of them kept saying ‘when you first told me I was building an illusion, I was angry but now, I wish I did what you told me much earlier’. I felt for him.

3.⁠ ⁠OVERWHELM: there seems to be little time yet a lot is not done. Because CEOs are combining their work with their staff work, they are not able to THINK FOR THE BUSINESS. They’re dragged into operations too deep that they are not able to GROW THEIR BRAND AND THEIR PERSONAL BRAND TOO. CEOs are the MOST CHEATED. Many staff are the CEOs and the CEOs are the staff. Many staff are just mentally lazy and sometimes, wicked and indifferent. CEOs ARE SUFFERING.

You will bear the cost of food for your team, the stationery (if you want them in hard copies) and you will decide a location by yourself. You could rent our Training Room if you want. With just 1M, we will dissect issues and reorientate your staff for 2025. THIS IS OUR WAY OF SAYING ‘WE FEEL YOU’.
