Yesterday, I met a man who rejected a project fee of 36 Million Naira. 😱😱😱. He said ‘It is not worth my time, Coach.’ 😳

I remember when someone once asked me to coach him and was offering N1,000,000.00 for 1 year of coaching. I said it was too stressful for me to agree. I suggested that one of my collaborators whom I trust should do it. I hoped to hire Othman Abdulrasheed or Lamide Johnson to give him an ‘out of this world’ coaching experience. He refused. I also refused.

This life!!!

In 2010, my coaching fee was N5,000.00 per session. Gradually, it went to N10,000.00 per session. When I started charging N75,000.00 per session, I honestly felt ‘I have arrived’. Now, N75,000.00 per session feels very stressful because when I compare the depth of impact and height of expertise I deploy to the amount, it’s an imbalance.

WE ALL GET THERE!!!

I personally believe that we all deserve to earn better over time… and I’m sure it is the aspirations of many.

To earn more, please do this:

1.) Know Your Interests: it is very important to know what you really want to do and what your passions are. It is the MOST POWERFUL WAY to become LETHAL.

2.) Read A LOT: I cannot emphasize this enough. Majority say I am smart. But the real truth is that I am not as smart as people think. It is the books I read that sharpen me so well. Read a lot to earn a lot.

3.) Ask For Your Worth: the real test is in proving your worth by risking your fee. If you know that you have done the work, then prove it by risking your fee. ASK FOR YOUR FEE. Anyone who has ever tried to engage me knows that I do not play games with my fee. You pay, I move. You don’t pay, I sit inside my house and press TV remote. That’s all!!!
