One skill I don’t give myself enough credit for is COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT. I can modestly say I influence A LOT of people via VIRTUAL TRIBES and also OFFLINE. In fact, my OFFLINE TRIBE is almost 100x my ONLINE TRIBE LEADERSHIP.
1. Churning Out Posts Without Having Someone In Mind: when you are writing a marketing post, the most effective way is to IMAGINE A TYPICAL RECIPIENT and write with that person in mind

Like John C. Maxwell will say, PEOPLE DON’T CARE HOW MUCH YOU KNOW UNTIL THEY KNOW HOW MUCH YOU CARE.
