OCTOPUS SPEAKERS POOL (OSP) FOR YOUNG PEOPLE
My first ever public speaking opportunity was in 1989. I was in Primary 5. I was one of 6 Pupils who made a public presentation to late Mrs Maryam Babangida at the Multipurpose Indoor Sports Hall in Bauchi. Our topic was ORAL REHYDRATION THERAPY (ORT). It has been 34 years of speaking at different fora, platforms and places, local and international.

As a Corper at Iyana Ipaja Orientation Camp in Lagos, I was the Platoon Leader who was selected to welcome the then DG, NYSC; Brigadier General Walter Oki. My speech was received so well, he asked to see me and shook my hands.
I HAVE ENJOYED A LOT OF POWER, ACCESS AND LEVERAGE JUST BY BEING A CONSISTENT PUBLIC COMMUNICATOR.
Today, in most places I go, more adults are afraid of speaking in public than those who can or want to.
Last year, on April 1st, we launched OCTOPUS SPEAKERS POOL (OSP) and over this 1 year, we have conducted over 50 trainings, paid over 10M in cumulative commissions or gigs, and improved members capacity to show up in public.
