PRINCE EBEANO IN LOKOGOMA ABUJA HAS REOPENED.

I do not know who owns Prince Ebeano chain of stores but trust me, ANY STORY OF RESILIENCE IS A LOVE LANGUAGE FOR ME.

I am soooooooooo proud of this milestone and for the owner.

I do not know who owns Prince Ebeano chain of stores but trust me, ANY STORY OF RESILIENCE IS A LOVE LANGUAGE FOR ME.

It is the same way I feel about NEXT CASH ‘N’ CARRY in Abuja. I have noticed that reconstruction has commenced. And I am so rooting for them.

BUSINESS IS WAR ‼️

If you are not ready to go to warfare, please don’t start a business. Some of the paramount warfare you will battle include:

  • Yourself: entrepreneurship is a mind battle. One day, your account balance can buy a hectare of land at ‘Banana Island’ and the very next day, you’re looking for 1K to buy recharge card. Madness kawai. One day, you feel like ‘Dangote’, the next day, you’re afraid to even mention your name. Crazy!!! The battle for your sanity and focus is A DAILY WARFARE.
  • your Staff: personally, I feel staff are SENT BY GOD. No matter how diligent or careful you are, you can hardly pick the best staff every single time. A good staff is sent by God. Nonetheless, whether you have a good staff or otherwise, it is also a battle getting them to justify why and what you pay them. In my personal experience, getting staff to market well, and keep on track with the company processes is a Herculean task. Hiring, managing and leveraging your staff is A DAILY WARFARE.
  • Government: hmmmmmmmmmmmmn. This needs no explanation. Just remember ‘Emefiele’, ‘Cardoso’, ‘National Assembly’, ‘Buharinomics’, ‘BATonomics’, etc. The multiple and overlapping taxes alone in Nigeria are debilitating, then the government officials with their bullying, then the tupsy-turvy policies, and all. Meandering Government policies is A DAILY WARFARE.
  • Customers: “customers are king”, they say, so daily we contend with those who pay peanuts but want premium attention and also the cost of finding a premium buyer who may also not return. Managing a Nigerian customer REQUIRES A SPECIAL KIND OF GRACE. It is A DAILY WARFARE.
  • Competition is there. Always inching and trying to obliterate you from business. Weak brands continue to run into new sectors because they cannot fight the competition in their former sectors. Strong brands continue to fight to maintain their brand leadership so as to keep their market share.
  • Friends and Family: this one is sometimes really frustrating. Many people see you posting ‘sold out’, or ‘100 registrations’ and they help you calculate “400K per person times 20 people means this guy don cash out with 8M”. Many friends and family members actually believe that ALL YOUR SALES REVENUE IS YOUR MONEY. The most painful part is that MOST OF THE PEOPLE WHO ASK YOU FOR MONEY HAVE NEVER PROMOTED YOUR BUSINESS; EVEN BY SHARING ON THEIR PAGES ON SOCIAL MEDIA. This is A DAILY WARFARE.

And many more…

So when I see businesses like Prince Ebeano, Next Cash ‘N’ Carry, and any brand that has suffered any loss bounce back, it gives me GENUINE EXCITEMENT. I am a believer in RESURGENCE and PHOENIX. I am a believer in BOUNCE BACK and RESTARTING. I am a Witness that A BUSINESS THAT BOUNCES BACK IS A MIRACLE OF GOD AND A POWER OF MASTER STRATEGIES.

Let’s support Entrepreneurs in Nigeria. They deserve a HUGE HUG and PATRONAGE.

Thank you.
