WHAT IF YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR BUSINESS!!!

SOBCA, to an EXTERNAL PERSON (customers, investors, and general market) is a BEHAVIOURAL CHANGE BUSINESS. But to the INTERNAL TEAM, we are a LOGISTICS BUSINESS DELIVERING EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES (or AN EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS THAT USES LOGISTICS TO DELIVER WORLD CLASS SERVICES).

All we do is EDUCATE PEOPLE with TOOLS, RESOURCES and CAPABILITIES to live a better life. To achieve this, we must COORDINATE several factors: food, content, facilitators, timetable, delivery of manuals/certificates, etc. For us to functionally deliver top notch service to you, we must get our planning and logistics right, once and every time.

THERE IS A CLEAR DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN EXTERNAL STRATEGY AND AN INTERNAL STRATEGY.

A real estate business, to the public, is a SALES BUSINESS and internally, a PROJECT MANAGEMENT COMPANY.

A school, externally, is an EDUCATIONAL BUSINESS and internally, a SUPPLY CHAIN BUSINESS.

A food business, externally, satisfies appetite and taste or exotic needs; but internally, is also a supply chain business.

WHAT YOU ARE OUTSIDE IS NOT WHAT YOU ARE INSIDE.

If your staff do not understand what your business is internally, they will not deliver the BEST POSSIBLE OUTCOMES FOR THAT BUSINESS.
