HOW TO KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK.

Every organization that I have trained for have asked me to come again. I think I have around 90% repeat rate, unless they did not repeat a programme where I was a trainer or speaker.

Every customer who has ever paid me for ONE SERVICE or PRODUCT has paid me for ANOTHER ONE.

I have always said for you to claim that someone is your true customer, they must pass 3 tests:

1. Test of FIRST PURCHASE
2. Test of REPEAT PURCHASE
3. Test of REFERRAL (Bringing at least 1 person to make their own first purchase).

If you are conscious of this, you will aspire to grow your customers to rank from first test to 3rd test. You must do it.

For you to do this, you must learn the language of VALUE PROPOSITION. Value Proposition suggests that you must apply dynamic strategies to keep your customers glued to your brand. It begs the question “WHAT MUST I DO TO KEEP MY CUSTOMERS COMING BACK?”

So, this is what I do:

1. I promise you WHO I AM. I am a giver. I give my time, my resources, and share my team with any customer who wants to be serious with me. The purpose of this promise is that YOU FEEL I HAVE TAKEN BURDENS OFF YOUR SHOULDER. I SELL RELIEF. YOU BUY RELIEF.
2. I promise you INCLUSION. I make sure that you, your family, and your loved ones experience me. That’s why almost everyone who has come to me has let me befriend their children, spouses, and even staff. I extend my influence over the people in your life and it saves you a lot of headaches. The purpose for this promise is that: YOU FEEL THAT SOMEONE ELSE IS HELPING OTHER PEOPLE IN YOUR LIFE TO UNDERSTAND YOU. I SELL YOU TO THEM. I WIN THEM OHER FOR YOU.
3. I promise you, MY ATTENTION. I listen to you. And I have ZERO RECORD OF JUDGING PEOPLE. This is the icing on the cake. Everyone can literally share EVERYTHING with me and I will listen and affirm you. It is my gift from God and I love it.

So, you see why I am an Enigma! I am a true serene maestro.

Goal: find what works for you and blow it to everyone who comes to you. Make it a lifestyle and see how people who meet you will always come back, even if they ever left for a reason.
