YOUR LOGO IS ON POINT BUT YOUR BEHAVIOUR IS DISTASTEFUL.

You have invested a great deal of resources to get a very good brand narration: great logo, aesthetic colours, powerful brand name, and world class effizy. Even your website is like the White House, resplendent with finesse and class… it looks like WHAT GOD CANNOT DO DOES NOT EXIST… you have arrived.. but then someone reaches out to your business and there is trouble.

  1. Messages, enquiries in DM, SMS, emails and even calls are replied LATE or ABSENTMINDEDLY. Some people react to customers as though customers are DISTURBING them. They try to hurry the customer off the call or engagement in a distasteful manner. Sorry o, world class ‘microwave’ Brand.
  2. Many businesses have INCONSISTENT PRICES. You bill according to the perceived class of the customer. So Mr A has a price different from Mrs B because A or B is a ‘big fish’. God’s telescope is on you. 🙄
  3. Your office or social media ‘office’ (timeline) is so clumsy and untidy. You don’t smell nice. 😁 Scattered and unorganized. When you are not NURTW Motor Park!

These and more.. you need to recognize that branding has 2 facets:

A. The technical: which is logo, colour, brand name, and all those visual effects.

B. The behavioural: WHAT YOU DO IN YOUR DAY TO DAY HABITS THAT CREATE A PERCEPTION IN THE CUSTOMERS’ JUDGMENT.

What is Branding: WHAT I THINK ABOUT YOU AND YOUR BUSINESS IS YOUR BRAND TO ME. Simple!!!
