I DON’T HAVE A SECOND PASSPORT.

A little more than 2 years ago, someone influential told me that I should do everything to get a second passport because knowing what he knows (he’s an insider), ‘these people' don’t care about Nigeria. When the chips are down, they will move. In fact, he said he had been so slow about his own residency but his contemporaries told him to guard it well for ‘incasity’ as we normally call it.

HOW TO KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK.

Every organization that I have trained for have asked me to come again. I think I have around 90% repeat rate, unless they did not repeat a programme where I was a trainer or speaker. Every customer who has ever paid me for ONE SERVICE or PRODUCT has paid me for ANOTHER ONE. I have always said for you to claim that someone is your true customer, they must pass 3 tests:

WHAT I ORDERED vs WHAT I GOT.

In 2015 a ‘big girl’ in a StanbicIBTC Bank Lagos wanted to hire me as her coach. She had made concerted efforts to get my attention but because I am based in Abuja, we really did not get a convenient arrangement. At some point, I visited Lagos. As at that time, I had not met Stella (our now COO) and Tunde (our last Director of Programmes).
