Technology is definitely here to stay. It is not likely that it will ever slow down. Artificial Intelligence, Cryptography, Human powered chip implants, etc. TECHNOLOGY IS THE FUTURE.
More organizations will adopt technology in virtually every arm of their businesses. There are potentials that robots will serve customers, IVR will be enhanced (IVR: interactive voice response), social media engines will be enhanced, production chains will be further automated, equipment will be serviced via artificial intelligence systems (instead of maintenance engineers and facility managers), storage will be JIT (just-in-time), and logistics will be automated with artificial intelligence (Amazon is already 100% compliant with this). SO WITHIN TEN YEARS, MORE HUMAN INTERACTIONS WILL BE REDUCED.
