HOW TO KEEP CUSTOMERS COMING BACK.

Every organization that I have trained for have asked me to come again. I think I have around 90% repeat rate, unless they did not repeat a programme where I was a trainer or speaker. YOU CANNOT ACTIVELY SERVE 1,000 CUSTOMERS ANY GIVEN YEAR.

Fundamentally, you cannot ACTIVELY serve 1,000 people any given year. In fact, if you look at it critically, you cannot support 200 clients actively in a whole year. When I say ‘active support’, it means ‘marketing them, acquiring them, servicing their needs, and providing maintenance for their requests’.

Netflix just signed a deal with Kunle Afolayan, the movie creator who owns OCTOBER 1ST, and ROTI (Box office masterpieces). The deal stipulates that he will create 3 local content movies for Netflix in Nigeria. This is part of their move to create more local content to boost NETFLIX NAIJA, the localization of the Netflix brand.
