I was driving into my estate and he opened the gate. Gentleman and easygoing. I stopped to ask his name. “My name is Sam” (not real name), he answered. You’re new? “Yes”, he answered again. Welcome! “Thank you Sir”, he replied. Coincidentally, he was the same person who brought the notice to the estate meeting to my house and I received it myself so I probed a bit more. ‘Did you go to school?’; he answered with ‘I am a graduate of XXXX’. 😳 Graduate?????

When I say ‘active support’, it means ‘marketing them, acquiring them, servicing their needs, and providing maintenance for their requests’.
