Last week, an architect came to me with a need. She said she is not permitted to market her profession (based on ethics of architecture) but she wishes she can merge her work with human capital development. Around my estate, there is a UBA ATM Machine. It has been there since I moved into this estate 2 years ago. If my guesses are right, most times than not, the 2 ATMs are always OUT OF SERVICE or TEMPORARILY UNABLE TO DISPENSE CASH. This was the norm. It got to a point when I really did not bother checking the machine anymore.
I cannot say this enough. No matter how much you pay for coaching, your coach is not responsible for the actions you must take to get your outcomes. Many people say ‘my coach is not helping me.’, ‘my coach just left me alone to do this’, ‘my coach this, my coach that’. Well, good or bad news: YOUR COACH HAS NO BUSINESS DOING YOUR TASKS FOR YOU.

I had a brief intervention session with one of my darling protégés today and I shared this epiphany. She requested that I make it public and I argued. But tonight, I feel inspired to share this. Perhaps, someone will be energized by God through this.

He was a man I really admired. He was a good man. He wanted everyone around him to flourish and be fine. He looked out for people easily. Provided he knew your challenge, he would go all out to help. He made A LOT of money in his business.
