I was driving into my estate and he opened the gate. Gentleman and easygoing. I stopped to ask his name. “My name is Sam” (not real name), he answered. You’re new? “Yes”, he answered again. Welcome! “Thank you Sir”, he replied. Where will the money come from?
Ideas, platforms, services and products are being created day-in, day-out. And most people are afraid of launching them or even sharing them because they don’t know how they will be bankrolled or funded. So, if you ask this question, your mind will try to find the possible (at least 3) sources for funding your ideas
Fundamentally, you cannot ACTIVELY serve 1,000 people any given year. In fact, if you look at it critically, you cannot support 200 clients actively in a whole year. When I say ‘active support’, it means ‘marketing them, acquiring them, servicing their needs, and providing maintenance for their requests’.

In 2015 a ‘big girl’ in a StanbicIBTC Bank Lagos wanted to hire me as her coach. She had made concerted efforts to get my attention but because I am based in Abuja, we really did not get a convenient arrangement. At some point, I visited Lagos. I haven’t been there in a while. Today, I was invited to a business tête-à-tête over a meal of chicken wings, and water (my choice). While the conversations held sway, my focus was on something totally different. THE IMPROVED PROCESS AT THE JUNKYARD ABUJA.
He was a man I really admired. He was a good man. He wanted everyone around him to flourish and be fine. He looked out for people easily. Provided he knew your challenge, he would go all out to help. He made A LOT of money in his business.
